      The Punjab Privatization Board (PPB) is an autonomous body working under the administrative control of the
Board of Revenue,Government of the Punjab.It was constituted on August 4, 1997, with the charter to undertake the privatization / disinvestment / sale of industrial units, other enterprises and assets / properties owned by the Government of the Punjab.

      The Board consists of a Chairman and seven other Members.The Board operates in accordance with its approved terms of reference for implementing privatization policy of the Government of the Punjab.

      Since its establishment, the Board has privatized 72 government properties and industrial units against the sale price of Rs. 2,544.63 m.
