Who can participate in the bidding?
Any individual or a firm, Pakistani Company or a company of foreign origin can participate in the bidding.
How can a person residing outside Pakistan can participate in the bidding?
Bidding can be Proxy Nomination of a company or individual residing abroad. However, Participation Fee (Refundable) is to be to get enlisted as Qualified Bidder.
What will happen to Participation Fee, if we are not successful bidder?
Participation Fee will be refunded in full at the closing of the bid.
Can we participate in more than one property?
Yes. Anyone can bid for any number of properties one wishes to participate provided bidding fee is deposited.
